1st Logo (Early-Mid 1980s)

Video Disco 1.png

Logo: We fade onto a close up of a blue background with the logo, consisting of a black outlined, yellow TV shaped ring in a zebra-like pattern with the black shaded, white text "VIDEO DISCO" in front of it, with light blue glows surrounding the logo. Then, we zoom out to see the complete logo. Then, the lavender text "PRESENTA" fades in.

Technique: Camera-controlled animation.

Music/Sounds: A parade sounding theme.

Availability: Extremely rare. It was only known to be seen on releases of The Magician of Lublin, Scoumune and ... Or a Curse from Hell!.

2nd Logo (Mid-Late 1980s)

Video Disco 2.png

Logo: We fade over a yellow tinted zooming space background, which stays still over a few seconds. After that, The logo (with VIDEO DISCO stacked horizontally, with the inside of the yellow TV shaped ring colored in a light blue-white gradient, now with a soft blue glow) flies over various directions in a blue trail effect. Then, the logo flips over after zooming in.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Music/Sounds: A snippet of "Racines Synthétiques" by Joël Fajerman.

Availability: Very rare.
