Toshiba Picture is a small film studio from the Mizoram state of India. This company has nothing to do with the Japanese company of the same name.

Logo: On a black background, we see "Toshiba Picture" (in Cooper Black font) zooming and fading in. It stops zooming.
Technique: The text zooming and fading.
Music/Sounds: "I. Allegro con brio" by Leonard Bernstein, which follows to the opening credits.
Availability: Was only spotted on Thazuali.
Legacy: It's a simple, unremarkable logo with an unoriginal name to boot.
