Background
Toon City Animation Inc. is a film and television animation studio based in the Philippines. It was founded in 1989. Toon City has done a lot of overseas animation work for Walt Disney Television Animation and others.
1st Logo (2014-2018)

Logo: On a white background, we start off with two eyes with a clown nose coming from the sky. They move while looking around and jump. After, the logo with the still picture of the eyes and the words:

come down and appear. The eyes close and open, before staying still for a few seconds.
Technique: 2D animation.
Music/Sounds: A eye hopping, and then a star music plays with a choir.
Availability: Rare. Seen on DVD releases of Angry Birds Toons and Angry Birds Blues.
2nd Logo (2016-2017)

Logo: On a cherry red background, we see the eyes from the last logo. A red nose jumps and eyebrows comes out. The words "TOON CITY" is white and then they wipe out.
Technique: None.
Music/Sounds: A white-water music or the short's opening theme.
Availability: Rare. Seen on Angry Birds Blues and it also appeared on a unknown program.
