Bumper: On a black background, the yellow letters "OUR FEATURE PRESENTATION" zoom out one by one. After they are done zooming and the phrase is fully formed, the first "R" of it shines and creates a lens flare.
Technique: "OUR FEATURE PRESENTATION" zooming out letter by letter, the lens flare.
Music/Sounds: A dramatic ascending synth sound, followed by a ding.
Availability: Seen on VHS releases from New Concorde.
Legacy: The bumper's sudden appearance, as well as the creepy music, will likely startle and scare more than a few.
