Background

Island Alive was an independent production/distribution joint venture of Island Pictures and Alive Films, formed by Island Records founder Chris Blackwell and Alive Films founder Carolyn Pfeiffer. In 1985, it was reorganized into Island Pictures.

Logo: Basically the same as the 1st Island Pictures logo, except when it's finished, a circle surrounds the island, and the text reads "ISLAND ALIVE" with "presents" below it.

Technique: Same as the 1st Island Pictures logo.

Music/Sounds: Same as the 1st Island Pictures logo.

Availability: Extremely rare. Can be seen on Countryman and Choose Me.

Legacy: Same as the 1st Island Pictures logo.
