1st Logo (January 22, 2010)

Highland Park Classics (Sony Pictures Classics).png

Logo: On a red background, we see a white line, with the text "HIGHLAND PARK CLASSICS" in white below; this is a spoof of the Sony Pictures Classics logo.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen at the beginning of The S from Hell, a documentary/horror film about the infamous 1965 Screen Gems logo. The documentary can be viewed here.

2nd Logo (January 22, 2010, January 23, 2012)

Highland Park Classics (Screen Gems).png

Logo: We see two red trapezoids in a yellow background; one on the top, the other on the bottom. The top trapezoid is small, and the bottom trapezoid is big. Both trapezoids move to the middle-right part of the screen and wrap around each other, while the middle-left part of the top trapezoid becoming more slender. A red dot appears between the two trapezoids. The black, uppercase words "HIGHLAND PARK CLASSICS" appear in the lower half of the screen and zoom in.

Trivia: This is an edited version of the 1965 Screen Gems logo.

Technique: The trapezoids, the wordmark.

Music/Sounds: Eric Siday's jingle for Screen Gems.

Availability: Seen at the end of The S From Hell and Room 237.

3rd Logo (January 23, 2012)

Highland Park Classics (Warner Bros).png

Logo: On a black background, we see the red letters "HP", stylized similarly to the 1973 Warner Bros. Pictures logo, zooming in front of us. The words "HIGHLAND PARK CLASSICS" are seen below. When the letters fill the screen, the same letters are seen on the background, in white. It zooms, and stops right in front of the screen. A black box fade in the letters, and the words "A HIGHLAND PARK COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY" fade in below.

Trivia: This is an edited version of the 1973 Warner Bros. logo.

Technique: The words zooming in, the fading in of the black box and text.

Music/Sounds: The opening ambience of the movie.

Availability: Seen at the beginning of Room 237.

4th Logo (January 31, 2021)

Logo: Over a faded blue background, 2 large white pieces, consisting of a large white "P" with a triangle cote-out, and an also cote-out "H" zoom out while rotating clockwise. They slowly move together during this, in which they meet up to form the "HP" wordmark in a similar manner to the 1982 Embassy Pictures logo (albeit in a blockier font), with a star cut-out. The text "HIGHLAND PARK CLASSICS" in the Embassy font fades in underneath.

Trivia: This is an edited version of the 1982 Embassy Pictures logo.

Technique: The spinning of the "HP" and the text fading in.

Music/Sounds: A descending synth flourish with a bang at the end.

Availability: Seen on A Glitch in the Matrix.
