Hey everyone, there are three versions of the 1989 Central for ITV endcaps.

V1 of the 1989 Central endcap features a flatter-looking Central cake logo which looks exactly the same one on Central's 1989 ITV Generic ident that Central briefly used between 1989 and 1990, albeit with their own jingle that was later reused for Central Video from 1991 to 1995.

Does anybody know when V2 of the 1989 Central endcap was introduced in either 1989 or 1990 in which the Central cake logo looks exactly the same as on the 1988 Central ident, except that the fourth and fifth blocks of the Central cake logo were coloured from light green and light blue to green and blue respectively?

V3 of the Central endcap was introduced in 1993 in which the Central cake logo is larger and more colourful which appears on the 1994 series of Blockbusters, some 1994 episodes of Family Fortunes and the original 1994 airing of the Mr. Bean episode "Back to School, Mr. Bean" respectively, among others.

What are your thoughts about it anyway?

Season 9 of Family Fortunes, which used V1 of the logo, was first aired in between September and December 1989. Season 10, which first aired in 1990, uses V2. I'd imagine that it was introduced in early 1990.

Also, have you seen that recreation of the V2 Central for ITV endcap which is seen on current prints of Sharpe's Enemy which appears before the 2009 ITV Studios Global Entertainment logo?

EDIT: Also, can anybody update the Central Productions page about the V1 Central endcap featuring a flatter-looking Central cake logo which was used from September 1, 1989 until 1993 and the V2 Central endcap which was introduced in early 1990 in which the Central cake logo looks exactly the same as the 1988 Central ident, except that the fourth and fifth blocks of the Central cake logo were recoloured from light green and light blue to green and blue respectively? Because i'm getting stuck on doing that IMO.
