Summary
From the 2003 print of the Sherlock Holmes episode "The Golden Pince-Nez". It also appears on the VCI DVDs of Poirot where it succeeds the LWT endcap at times but plasters the LWT endcap of that show on much latter prints of Series 1-6 before 2010 (but it's still retained on the reprints of Collection 1-4 of Poirot). It was also used as a home entertainment logo.
