Background
Dlo/Magnolia is a Spanish television production company founded in 2004 as Magnolia TV. They have produced many reality shows, some of which are Spanish adaptations of international shows such as Supernanny and Survivor Spain and several successful ones such as Panico en el plato and Camera Café. Later in the 2010's, they renamed to their current name.

Logo: Same as the 2020 Banijay logo but it now reads "Dlo/Magnolia". Like some companies Banijay owns, a byline reading "A Banijay Company" is added underneath.
