Technique: The trails and the changing colors, all seem generic for an 80s logo.
Music/Sounds: A very dramatic fanfare with a warbling synth, that ends with a triumphant finish. An announcer is talking right through the middle.
Availability: Rare. Seen on various Thai VHS tapes. This mostly appears after the still pyramid CVD logo.
