Background

Bullwinkle Studios is a joint venture between Classic Media (now "DreamWorks Classics") and Jay Ward Productions that was set up in 2007 by Jay Ward Productions to manage all rights to the Jay Ward Productions library as well as new productions based on said library. In 2022, Ward Productions signed a production and distribution deal with WildBrain for their properties which led to the venture being dormant.
