North American Bumpers

1st Bumper (1994-2000)

Bumper: Same as most bumpers from the time, but "NOW IN THEATERS" is the text that zooms out and flashes.

Technique: Same as most bumpers from the time.

Music/Sounds: The same zooming, flashing and synth sounds from most bumpers of the time, with Brian Cummings saying "Now in theaters."

Availability: Extremely rare. It's only known to appear on The Crow, Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers, Supercop and Sing a Song with Tigger.

Legacy: Same as most bumpers from the time.

2nd Bumper (2000-2006)

Bumper: Essentially the same as the "Coming Soon TO THEATERS" bumper of the era, but "Now" takes "Coming Soon"'s spot.

Technique: Same as the "Coming Soon TO THEATERS" bumper.

Music/Sounds: The same synth music from the bumpers of the time (barring the secondary FP bumper), with Brian Cummings saying the on-screen text.

Availability: It is much rarer than the related "Coming Soon to Theaters" bumper. So far it's seen on the 2000 VHS of Music Of The Heart, the 2002 VHS of The Adventures of Tom Thumb & Thumbelina, the 2003 VHS of Bringing Down the House, the 2004 VHS of In Search of Santa, the 2005 DVD of Disney Princess Parties Volume 2, the 2005 DVD and VHS of Finding Neverland, and disc one of season 5 of Home Improvement, released in 2006.

Legacy: Same as most of the bumpers from the time.

Final Note: No "Now in Theaters" version of the 2006-20 bumpers existed nor was used.

International Bumpers

United Kingdom

1st Bumper (October 17, 1994)

Bumper: On a blue background, we see the words "NOW SHOWING AT A CINEMA NEAR YOU".

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: John Sachs says "Look out for this feature, now showing at a cinema near you."

Availability: Extremely rare. Only seen on the 1994 UK VHS of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

2nd Bumper (1996-1998)

Bumper: Same as the Coming to Theaters bumper, but the text says "Now showing at a cinema near you".

Technique: The shining of the text.

Music/Sounds: John Sachs reading the text.

Availability: TBA

3rd Bumper (1999-2004)

Bumper: Same as the Now on Video bumper of the time.

Technique: Same as the Now on Video bumper of the time.

Music/Sounds: Same as the Now on Video bumper of the time.

Availability: Same as the Now on Video bumper of the time.

4th Bumper (2004-2006)

Bumper: Same as the Now on Video bumper of the time.

Bumper: Much like the "Feature Presentation" bumper, but this time the text "Now Showing At A Cinema Near You." takes its place.

Availability: Seen on Australian tapes at the time, including Beauty and the Beast.

Legacy: Same as the Feature Presentation bumper.

2nd Bumper (2001-2005)

Bumper: Same as the domestic bumper, but the words "Now Showing in Cinemas" are in a different text with no animation and no announcer.

Technique: Same as the domestic bumper.

Music/Sounds: Same as the domestic bumper, but there is no announcer.

Availability: Seen on Australian tapes at the time, including Monsters Inc..

Japan

(Early 2000's-2006)
