1st Warning (2002-2005)
Warning: On a black background, we see the following text in Times New Roman:
Technique: The screen fading.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Seen on ABC DVDs, such as the Brum and Boohbah franchises and The Very Best of Thomas & Friends.
2nd Warning (2005-2008, 2010)
Warning: Same as the previous warning, but the warning cuts in, the font is different, there's no colon after "IT IS PROHIBITED TO", the decimal points and period after "PUBLIC" are replaced with commas and "IT IS PROHIBITED TO" is red.
Technique: The warning fading out.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Common. Seen on ABC DVDs during this era. Surprisingly, this also appeared on the 2010 DVD ABC For Kids Favourites 1.
3rd Warning (2008-)
Warning: Same as the previous warning, but the word "WARNING" is white, the text "New Penalties Copyright Amendments Act 1996" is replaced by "New penalties Copyright Amendment Act 2006", most of the text is in lowercase, the numbers "$50,000" and "$250,000" are replaced with "$93,500" and "$467,500" respectively, "It is prohibited to" is no longer red, the phrase "MUST BE FOR" is replaced by "this copy is for", and the phrase "Converting this film into digital or other electronic machine readable form may aggravate an offence." is added after the text.

Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Common. Seen on ABC DVDs since 2008, except for the 2010 DVD ABC For Kids Favourites 1, as it used the previous warning instead. The first DVD to use this was Pingu Makes A Discovery.
