13C is the cable station of Canal 13. UCTV Señal 3 (original name), along with UCTV Señal Internacional, were planned by Eleodoro Rodriguez in 1995 and launched in the same year, with the purpose of expanding the channel internationally. Through its history it was renamed to Canal 13 Cable in 1999, and later to 13C.
UCTV Señal 3
Logo: We see a grid, which zooms out, revealing itself to be the bottom of a satellite dish. Clips from movies and TV shows fly in. A light shines from the dish, and fades to show a filmstrip arranged in a spiral pattern. The camera goes inside the satellite dish, where more clips fly around. The camera then zooms out of the dish, and purple lines wipe in from both sides of the screen. Finally, the UCTV logo from the time flies in from the top-right of the screen, with the text "SENAL 3" below it, and a yellow line orbits around it.
Technique: All the animation in the logo, which is very primitive CGI by today's standards.
Music/Sounds: A somewhat dramatic, fast-paced synth theme, with a synth choir near the end. An announcer is also sometimes heard.
Canal 13 Cable
1st Logo (1999-2000)
Logo: On a black background, a silver sphere appears out of nowhere, with a "uc" text appearing a bit ago. As it floats to the near upper right corner, a blue ring with a "13" in the same color and in a futuristic font appears while the black background transforms into a white background with lots of Canal 13 logos in rows, going in different sides of the screen. "CANAL" in a silver text appears next to the ring while the logo gains a shadow effect. Another Canal 13 logo appears at the left side of the screen. The logo shines.
Music/Sounds: A upbeat-like tune that has drums, with a announcer over it.
2nd Logo (2000-2002)
Logo: Same as last logo, but the background is entirely white. The "uc" circle now has "13" in place in it, and the "13" ring has "uc" in place in it. There are no logos in rows, until that all appear later when the "CANAL" text starts forming.
Technique: Same as before.
Music/Sounds: Same as before.
