Background

Barna-Alper Productions was founded in 1980 and headed by Laszlo Barna and Laura Alper. The company was acquired by E1 (now eOne) and in folded into the new entity "E1 Television (now Entertainment One Television)" in January 2009, along with Blueprint, Oasis International, and Rubber Duck.

1st Logo (1998-2007)


Logo: We see the blue arc made of a filmstrip. Under it, the name appears in a silver 3D font:

Variants:

  • There's a zoomed 16:9 version used on later productions.
  • There's also a long version, where the arc raises up and the letters zoom and shrink together.
